Even though the greatest of care is taken, it can sometimes happen that defective products are delivered or they prove defective during regular operation.

In this case, we will require certain information in order to repair the components as quickly as possible or have them exchanged by the manufacturer.
We therefore ask you to follow the following instructions to the letter.

RMA Process:

• Choose the appropriate manufacturer
• Completely fill-in the online form
• Once we have received the RMA query, we will check the details and immediately contact you to discuss the way forward.

RMA Conditions

CLEARLY AFFIX the confirmed RMA form TO THE OUTSIDE OF ALL PRODUCTS TO BE RETURNED.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY STICKERS TO OR DAMAGE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!! (Use additional packaging)

Please return all of the device’s accessories and remove all memory, modules etc that are not part of the standard equipment.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned parts and accessories which are not part of the standard equipment.

If the fault description is not detailed enough (‘defective’, ‘for repair’ or ‘doesn’t work’ without test configuration details is not good enough) we reserve the right to either carry out a fault diagnosis and the repairs at a cost to you or return the goods unrepaired and charge an administrative fee of 100 Euro (plus VAT).

The RMA number you receive is only valid for the return of one product and does not automatically entitle you to a credit voucher.

Please return the goods within 10 working days, carriage paid and adequately insured to the address on the form.

Please understand that returns without an RMA number must, unfortunately, be refused by us. Please, therefore, do not send back goods before you have received an RMA number.
Legal claims remain unaffected by these conditions.
